Semmer's Kitchen

The Game Plan

Instead of memorizing hundreds of recipes, learn the building blocks — proteins, techniques, marinades, sauces, and sides — and how they connect. Each one is a skill you learn once and use forever.

The magic is in the combinations. Learn a few proteins, a handful of marinades, and three or four cooking techniques, and suddenly you don't have 10 recipes — you have hundreds. Swap the chicken for salmon. Trade the dry rub for a teriyaki marinade. Switch the rice for roasted potatoes. Every swap is a different meal, same foundation.

That's what this site teaches. Not a list of recipes you'll bookmark and forget — a system that makes you a better cook.
